Attorney Marino represents a wide array of clients with diverse legal needs. His practice includes work in the Probate Court where he has represented clients in uncontested and contested divorce proceedings as well as adoptions, child custody and child supportmatters. His practice also includes divorce mediation. Attorney Marino also represents clients on personal injury claims such as motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip and fall, and medical malpractice. Attorney Marino has also represented clients in consumer protection matters protecting the rights of consumers against fraudulent and unfair business transactions. Attorney Marino handles Will & Estate plans including revocable and irrevocable trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Living Wills.
Attorney Marino has served hundreds of people in real estate transactions representing both home sellers and buyers as well as many area banks. Attorney Marino brings a unique perspective to his client’s needs having worked in the business world prior to becoming a lawyer. This has served in greatly in helping business clients select the right business entity, follow proper business formalities and handle the myriad of legal matters affecting business owners throughout the Commonwealth. Attorney Marino understands that each client comes to him with unique and very personal issues which require his attention and commitment.
Attorney Marino received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and his law degree from Western New England School of Law where he graduated with honors. Attorney Marino is admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar and also licensed to practice in U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. He is active in his community as a member of the Board of Selectman for the Town of Brimfield and a member of the South Central Chamber of Commerce. He is a licensed private pilot and has lived in Brimfield for over 20 years with his wife and three children.
